Information you submit
When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, company, business email, country or region, message, selected product or SKU, and the page or request context needed to respond. The current enquiry form does not accept or retain uploaded files.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to sample requests, technical-document requests, frame-compatibility questions and quotation enquiries. Depending on the configured delivery channel, an enquiry may be sent to the existing CRM/lead store or to the designated sales mailbox.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be processed by the service used to deliver the enquiry to our team. We retain it only for the period needed for business communication, record keeping, legal obligations and dispute handling.
