Workflow
Recommended use
- 01Pre-wet the mop head according to the site's validated SOP.
- 02Use purified water, WFI where applicable, IPA or validated detergents/disinfectants as specified by the process.
- 03Clean with a unidirectional or validated overlapping pattern and change the mop according to the site's defined limit.
- 04Inspect after use and route through the approved wash, rinse, dry, inspection, packing and storage process.
Reuse and laundering
Designed for repeat use
The mop head is specified for at least 200 professional cleanroom laundering cycles. Actual service life depends on laundering chemistry, temperature, mechanical action, inspection criteria and the site's validated process.
Replace the mop head when:
- — Visible damage, deformation or edge failure
- — Reduced absorption or cleaning performance
- — Unremovable contamination
- — The site's validated cycle or use limit has been reached
